Ignoring the led wiring for a moment, observe the headlight wiring & relays 2 & 3 specifically. At the same time as troubleshooting, i referred to that the wires among pins 87 and the headlight bulbs show 12v. When i designed the circuit, i was contemplating the ones wires as "grounds" -- being surpassed through the relays while energized. On reflection, it makes sense they had have 12v on them because the headlights natually join the & - facets. Is there anything wrong with how i have designed that circuit?. Good enough, i'm not getting very far very rapid. I tried the capacitor with out a success. And, i'm getting stressed by way of the fact that pins 86 & 87 have 12v on them when the headlights are off (which makes feel given eighty five/86 is a coil so eighty five passes through to 86 & because the headlight has a filament ("a") which connects the 12v supply to the "floor" aspect that goes to 87. Now not positive if one of those is inflicting a trouble? I have protected a simplified diagram of simply the low beam headlight wiring under for simpler reference.
As an alternative, what i'm getting is green when headlights are grew to become on; each blue & inexperienced after i turn to excessive beams; both blue & green once i turn lower back to low beams; led off once i turn the lights off. The headlights themselves work nicely and the low beam turns off while excessive beams are grew to become on.
